Global State of Harm Reduction: 2023 Update to Key Data
The Global State of Harm Reduction report is released by Harm Reduction International every two years, with updates to key data in between editions of the report. The 2023 update summarises some of the key developments in harm reduction and drug policy since the launch of the 8th edition of the report in November 2022.
